We also provide Annual Maintenance Contracts, primarily serving Dhanbad, Ranchi, Bokaro, Jamshedpur, Godda, Sahibganj, Pakur, Dumka, Deoghar, and Giridih in Jharkhand.

• Once a request is received, we aim to schedule a technician visit as quickly as possible, typically same-day or next-day depending on your location and technician availability.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate description of the issue and a correct service address to help us respond efficiently.

• Our technician will inspect and diagnose the machine on-site before beginning any repair work.
• You will be informed of the estimated cost, including labor and any spare parts required, before repair work proceeds.
• Final charges may vary slightly from the initial estimate only if additional faults are discovered during inspection. Any such change will be communicated before extra work is carried out.
• A nominal visiting or diagnostic charge may apply if you choose not to proceed with the repair after inspection.

Payment is due upon completion of the repair service unless you are covered under an active Annual Maintenance Contract with separately agreed billing terms. We accept cash and standard digital payment methods, as communicated by our technician at the time of service.

• We use genuine spare parts wherever possible for all repairs.
• Repairs and replaced parts are covered by a limited service warranty, the duration of which will be communicated at the time of service completion.
• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized tampering or repair attempts by third parties, liquid or water damage, power surges, or normal wear and tear occurring after the warranty period has ended.

AMC plans include scheduled preventive maintenance visits, priority response for breakdowns, and discounted rates on spare parts, as outlined in your specific AMC agreement. AMC terms, duration, coverage, and renewal conditions will be specified separately in the AMC agreement provided at enrollment.

• You may cancel a scheduled repair request at no charge before a technician has been dispatched to your location.
• If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at your premises, a nominal visiting charge may apply, even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

• Provide accurate contact and location information when booking a service.
• Disclose any pre-existing damage, prior repair attempts, or known issues with the machine at the time of booking.
• Ensure reasonable access to the machine and a safe working environment for our technician at the service location.

Any live location coordinates or machine photos uploaded through our forms are securely forwarded to our private, secure Telegram logs for fast technician routing and diagnostic safety.

Data Deletion Guarantee: We highly value your privacy. You can contact us at any time (via phone at 93345 97953) to request the permanent deletion of your uploaded photos, locations, and personal files from our Telegram records. We will process and delete your data immediately.

Cash Counter Fix will exercise due care and professional skill in performing all repair and maintenance services. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business losses arising from machine downtime, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law. Our total liability in connection with any single service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.
