Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 31, 2026

Welcome to Cash Counter Fix. By accessing our website or using our repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the repair services we provide. Please read them carefully before requesting a service.

2

Services Offered

We provide repair, maintenance, and servicing of note counting machines, fake/counterfeit note detectors, and currency sorting machines, along with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans, across Jharkhand.

3

Booking & Payment Terms

Service requests can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp. A diagnosis is performed before any repair work begins, and the customer will be informed of the estimated cost. Payment is due upon completion of the repair service, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., under an AMC plan). We accept cash and digital payment methods as communicated by our technician.

4

Repair Warranty Policy

Repairs completed by our technicians come with a limited warranty period on replaced parts and labor, details of which will be communicated at the time of service. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair attempts, water damage, or natural wear and tear after the warranty period.

5

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a scheduled repair request before a technician is dispatched at no charge. If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the location, a nominal visiting charge may apply.

6

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide accurate information about the machine issue and location to help us serve them efficiently. Any pre-existing damage should be disclosed at the time of booking.

7

Limitation of Liability

Cash Counter Fix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including business losses due to machine downtime, except as required by applicable law.

8

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jharkhand.

9

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
